What is the dress code for the event?

Black tie optional.

How can I get to the venue from the hotel?

We will be offering trolley services for each of the hotels. See finer details page for trolley schedule.

You may also choose to drive directly to the venue, or utilize a ride share service (Uber, Lyft).

Will there be parking at the venue?

For those not taking the trolley from the hotels (or for those who are on a different schedule), there will be complimentary valet parking at Water Works.

what if there are no more hotel rooms available in the blocks?

If you are unable to book a room under any of our 3 hotel blocks (see finer details tab for more information), you may still be able to book an individual reservation. See each hotel website for extra booking options.

For those wanting to take advantage of a long weekend in Philly, Airbnb or VRBO are great options when looking for a place to stay with more home-like amenities.

Do you have a registry?

We do! For your convenience, we are registered through the Knot. The Knot has a list of each individual retailer where we are registered if you prefer.

Can I bring a guest?

We will address each invitation to each guest invited to the wedding. Although we love a big party, please no surprise guests!

Is the party kid-friendly?

We love all of our family and friends, and all their little ones. However, consider it “parents’ big night out”!

Will there be an after party?

Absolutely! We will be keeping the party going at Urban Saloon on Fairmount Ave.

Brunch??

Sure, why not! Please join us at our residence anytime after 1pm on Saturday for a light lunch and drinks. Please reach out to Meghan or Andrew if you need our address. We hope to see you there!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will take place in covered, outdoor areas. The cocktail hour will be inside (with air conditioning) with the option to take in the views on an indoor/outdoor patio as well.

What will the weather be like?

As of 6/14/2023: High 78, Low 60. Chance of thunderstorms EXTREMELY likely. Feel free to BYO umbrella. As a reminder, all areas of the event will be covered (even outdoor areas).
